Manual upload of a new license key
On-premises customers who do not synchronize with the Certero Customer center, will need to manually upload a new license key before their existing license keys expires.
You can download your new license key from the Certero Customer center (https://cc.certero.com).
Selecting Licensing from the top menu. Click on the name of the appropriate registered tenant e.g. Production. Your License and Support Agreement details will be shown.
Click
to copy the license key to your clipboard. N.B. You may want to save it to plain text file.
Next, log into your Certero Provisioning website (https://localhost:9000) on your Certero Platform server. Select Tenants from the top menu. On the row corresponding to the Tenant that is due to expire (or has already expired) click the Edit button (

Overwrite the existing License Key with new license key. Ensure there are no trailing spaces or other additional characters. Then click SAVE.

The new license will take effect immediately. Selecting the Tenant name will show the details of your License and Support Agreement. These will be the same details you saw on the Certero Customer center website.
