Manual upload of Fileset into Certero Provisioning Services

On-Premises customers may or may not sync their Provisioning Services with the Certero Customer center. Either way it is possible to manually download the Unified Platform fileset from the Certero Customer center and upload it into Provisioning.

  • Login into the Certero Customer center and from the Downloads page, download the latest Unified Platform.

N.B. The file name will be version number with the file extension .zip. E.G. 8.8.140.40308.zip
The ZIP file is password protected, you do not need to extract the contents (unzip).

 

  • Login into your Certero Provisioning website and select Filesets from the top menu bar. The list of filesets your Provisioning server is currently using is shown.

  • Click the Select File button and choose the file you previously downloaded.

  • Wait a few moments for Provisioning to upload the new fileset.

  • The new fileset will now appear in the list of filesets in Provisioning. Any tenants using an earlier version of Certero, will now show a Yellow exclamation mark symbol next to them. This denotes that an Upgrade is now available.
