Summary

Name

The Name of the Database Instance. Icons next to the Name are:

blue - User Defined (Manually created host)

- Host licensed by processor (Mouse over for full text)

- IBM System

- XenServer Host

 

Processors

This is the quantity of occupied sockets and the physical processor make & model.

 

Virtualization

Where applicable then the type of virtualisation is displayed

 

Partitioning

Where applicable then the type of partitioning is displayed (Hard / Soft Partitioned)

 

User Defined

Yes/No – Illustrates where the host has been created manually. Where defined as yes then there will be a

next to the Name field

 

Databases

This gives the total amount of databases on the host. Pressing the Hyperlink will display the associated databases and their properties.

Exadata

Name

The Name of the Database Instance. Icons next to the Name are:

blue - User Defined (Manually created host)

- Host licensed by processor (Mouse over for full text)

- IBM System

- XenServer Host

 

Processors

This is the quantity of occupied sockets and the physical processor make & model.

 

Model

Model of the Oracle Exadata Database Machine.

 

Cores

Total number of cores within the machine. This is based on occupied sockets * core per processor.

 

License category

Oracle Exadata licensing models include subscription-based, capacity-based, and feature-based licensing
