Creating a Wrike Connector | v8+
Managing API client access to Wrike
The Certero connector for Wrike uses Wrike’s APIs to connect and retrieve data from Wrike. The Wrike APIs use industry standard OAuth 2.0 protocols for authentication and authorization.

To setup a connection between Certero and Wrike, the customer will need the following information:
Client Id
Client Secret
Token
Optional: Create a free Wrike account (free trial for 14 days)
Use this site to generate a random email address. Emails sent to the generated email address automatically open at the bottom of the page. Required to respond to the Wrike verification email.
Set up a free trial of Wrike here using the generated email as the login.
Enter the setup information
Add some team member emails.
Creating a Wrike API App
A Wrike application is required to allow Certero access to the account data. If the customer has multiple teams then the following process will need to be repeated for each team.
1. The customer needs to sign in to the Wrike App Centre
Click here then and login.
Sign in using a Wrike administrator account , not a standard Wrike user.
2. Create an application; enter a name for the app then click on Create New:

3. The configuration screen holds:
Client Id
Client Secret
Redirect URI

4. Make a note of the Client Id and Client Secret.
Note: Do not store this information in an unsecure location.
5. Enter the link: https://cc.certero.com/cmp/AuthorizeWrikeConnector in the redirect URI.
Delete the default Localhost redirect URI.
6. Click on Save
Note: If the client id and client secret need to be viewed again click on API in the side menu then the Configure link for the app to be viewed:

Create a new Certero Wrike Connector
Enable the feature for the Endpoint Server.
1. In Certero > Administration > Endpoint Servers , right click on the endpoint server the Wrike connector will be ran against and choose properties.
2. Click on the Features option.
3. Enable the Wrike Connector row.
4. Click on Save :

Creating the connector for Wrike.
1. In Certero > Connectors > Wrike Connectors , click the ‘ New ’ button.
2. Enter an Account Name and a Description.
3. Copy the Client Id from the API configuration page within the Wrike App Centre to the Client ID
4. Copy the Client Secret from the API configuration page within the Wrike App Centre to the Client Secret
5. Click the Authorise
6. You may be asked to login with the administrator email and password:

7. Click on Accept .
8. Copy the Token value from the confirmation page to the Token in the connector dialog:

9. Set the Schedule for the connector.
10. Click on Save.
