CerteroX allows you to manage user access to your organization through the following features:

• User Settings determine a user's level of access to platform features and settings.

• User Roles Multi-Select a group of user’s to determine a role to assign to them.

To Manage these, go to the settings area on the CerteroX menu:

and select ‘User Settings’

You will be able to view user’s by status and role, depending on your User Role
