Settings & Configuration

The Settings & Configuration area can be accessed by selecting the cog icon at the bottom left of the navigation pane. Platform configuration is divided into five sections:

1. Personal Settings

Manage your individual profile and preferences:

  • Update user profile details.

  • Select a display theme.

  • Choose a preferred reporting currency.

2. Platform Settings

Download installation media to extend the platform:

  • Browser Extensions – Enable SaaS discovery and user activity tracking.

  • Native Client – Provides seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) for the browser extension by using the credentials of the currently logged-in Windows user.

3. Identity Provider Settings

Configure identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta for authentication and user synchronization.

4. Users Settings

Control platform access and permissions by assigning roles:

  • No Role – No access rights assigned.

  • User – Standard user access.

  • Content Manager – Manage and curate content.

  • Report Viewer – View dashboards and reports.

  • Auditor – Read-only access for compliance and oversight.

  • SaaS App Admin – Administer SaaS application connectors and data.

  • SMP Admin – Full administrative access to the platform.

5. Invite User Settings

Add new users to the platform by sending invitations and assigning appropriate roles at the point of invite.
