Dashboards & Reports

CerteroX presents data through two main views — Dashboards and Reports.

  • Dashboards use graphical elements to highlight trends and key metrics.

  • Reports are Excel-style data grids with filtering, sorting, and export options for deeper analysis.

Dashboards

The platform includes three dashboards:

  • Executive Dashboard – Provides a high-level summary of SaaS spend, usage, and application metadata, along with key news items and identified savings opportunities.

  • Usage Summary – Displays application categorization and usage data, helping identify overlapping or functionally equivalent applications.

  • Cost Summary – Draws on subscription data to present total spend, renewal timelines, and savings opportunities.

Dashboard Elements

Dashboard elements provide interactive visualizations that allow you to explore data in more detail.

  • Drill-Down Functionality – Clicking a tab option within a dashboard element opens the corresponding data grid for deeper analysis.

  • Filters – Where applicable, filter options are displayed so you can refine the dataset being viewed.

  • Visualization Controls – For elements containing a large range of datapoints, a control panel of icons is available. These options allow you to:

    • Zoom in and out of the chart.

    • Pan across the visualization.

    • Export the data or chart in multiple formats (SVG, PNG, or CSV).

Reports

Reports complement dashboards by providing detailed, tabular data views. They can be sorted, filtered, and exported, allowing users to perform precise analysis or share data externally.
