Application Users
The Users area, located under the Manage section, provides visibility into all potential SaaS users across the organization.
Iconography indicates the origin of each user and their associated usage data (e.g., Entra ID, Okta, or browser discovery).

The Users view includes:
User Counts by Status – A high-level summary of users based on their status.
Data Grid – A filterable and sortable table of users, with export options to CSV or JSON.
User Statuses
Active – The user’s SaaS activity is tracked, and potential usage data is included in reporting.
Untracked – The user has been flagged so that their usage data is excluded from reporting.
Inactive – The user has no associated SaaS usage data. (This status is system-determined based on data, not manually assigned.)
Statuses can be updated directly from the Status field for each user. Active and Untracked can be set within the platform, while Inactive is based solely on incoming data.
User Detail View
Double-clicking a user opens the User Detail view, which provides:
User Profile Information – High-level details about the selected user.
Applications Grid – A list of potential SaaS applications accessed by the user.
Actions Menu – Opens the Application Detail view for deeper insight into each application the user interacts with.
