Chart on frequently used executable files | Navigate to a dashboard Click the Edit button Click the + icon to add a new item into a row column Click the “ Apps Monitor File Usage ” button In the grid that is then displayed, choose the file you want to chart then click OK Save the dashboard Drill-down to the underlying data is done by clicking the “ Show Data ” button in the top-right corner of the chart |

Alert me when the number of times of a specific executable file is used changes | Navigate to Data Groups > Dynamic Groups Create a new group with the data type set to “ Windows Computers ” Use the following criteria Item #1 Table: File Usage (Summary) Field: Filename Operator: = Value: <ENTER_THE_EXE_FILENAME> Item #2 Table: File Usage (Summary) Field: Percent Used Operator: = Value: 0 Save the group Click the group name to show the group members Click the Alert button at the top of the grid Save the alert You will be notified via email if the number of group members changes Alternatively, edit the alert and change the schedule to send the email alert out on a regular basis |
