How do I Import my License Entitlement?
How do I Import my License Entitlement?
Prior to importing entitlement you may also need to update your SRDB definitions to the latest versions (See Downloading and applying SRS definition updates).
1) Go to http://cc.certero.com - Enter Login details which will be sent to you separately.
2) Now you need to download the file attached that includes your License Entitlement. This can be found under My Files on the top menu.
Adobe Import
1) Locate Adobe Licensing > Software by either using the Data Dashboard menu on the left hand side or the apple style ribbon.
2) Left click on the import button which can be located and the bottom right of the page in order to import the Software Entitlement Data.
3) Select Entitlement Data and click OK.
Using the Browser icon, locate the Adobe Entitlement Data Zip file previously sent via email. Click OK and this should successfully update your definition data. As can be seen the Definitions Version and Transactions sections automatically fill.
4) There are two options you can select which are defined below:
Replace previously imported entitlement data – Any Adobe transactions that originate from a previous import will be deleted. Use this option if you wish to keep any manually added transactions and only replace imported ones.
Replace all entitlement data – All Adobe transactions will be deleted prior to the import, this includes those created manually or as part of a previous import. Use this option to clear out the existing transaction data and start ‘fresh’ with the data that’s contained within the import file.
Microsoft Import
This is the same process as outlines above for Adobe, except you need to initially follow the path Microsoft Licensing > Software.
Follow the same steps as above but remember to select the Microsoft Software Entitlement Data Zip folder when importing the data.
