Certero Distribution Windows system error codes
When deploying software to Windows machines using an application package (Distribution Module), the application may return a Windows System Error. Common error codes when deploying Certero products include:
Error Code | Meaning |
-5 | The job was aborted, for example, the system was restarted. |
-4 | Timeout. Note this is fixed to 4 hours. A timeout can occur for various reasons, for example, the job is waiting for user input or a script is looping in some way. |
-3 | The target file does not exist |
-2 | There was an unexpected reboot or shutdown |
-1 | The client was unable to connect to the software share |
0 | The operation completed successfully |
5 | Access is denied |
1130 | Not enough server storage is available to process this command |
1203 | No network provider accepted the given network path |
1219 | The computer already has a connection to the share used in the distribution package. Ensure that you use a share that will not already be mapped on an end users device. |
1326 | Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password |
