Certero Distribution Windows system error codes

When deploying software to Windows machines using an application package (Distribution Module),  the application may return a Windows System Error. Common error codes when deploying Certero products include:

Error Code

Meaning

-5

The job was aborted, for example, the system was restarted.

-4

Timeout. Note this is fixed to 4 hours. A timeout can occur for various reasons, for example, the job is waiting for user input or a script is looping in some way.

-3

The target file does not exist

-2

There was an unexpected reboot or shutdown

-1

The client was unable to connect to the software share

0

The operation completed successfully

5

Access is denied

1130

Not enough server storage is available to process this command

1203

No network provider accepted the given network path

1219

The computer already has a connection to the share used in the distribution package. Ensure that you use a share that will not already be mapped on an end users device.

Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password
