Certero App for ServiceNow v1.2 | Now Live in the ServiceNow Store

Certified for the ServiceNow Australia release

We're pleased to announce that version 1.2 of the Certero App for ServiceNow has completed ServiceNow certification and is available now in the ServiceNow Store.

This release brings full support for the ServiceNow Australia release, the newest version of the ServiceNow AI Platform, which reached general availability in May 2026. If you've upgraded to Australia, or you're planning your upgrade, v1.2 means your Certero integration is ready and waiting.

 What's new in v1.2

• Certified for the ServiceNow Australia release, validated and published through the ServiceNow Store certification process.

• Performance and stability improvements across the integration, for smoother, more dependable synchronisation into your CMDB.

Still on an earlier ServiceNow release?

v1.2 also remains compatible with previously supported ServiceNow releases, so there's no need to wait for your platform upgrade before installing. Upgrade to v1.2 whenever it suits your change calendar.

How to Get it

1. Sign in to the ServiceNow Store with your ServiceNow ID.

2. Search for Certero, or go directly to our listing:

   Certero - ServiceNow Store

3. Request the app for your instance, then install or upgrade via System Applications → All Available Applications.

As always, we'd recommend installing into a sub-production instance first and validating your synchronisation before promoting to production.
