Certero for Oracle E-Business Suite 3PTV Verification

Certero is now Oracle-verified for E-Business Suite

We're delighted to share some significant news with you.

As of 29th April 2026, Certero has been formally verified by Oracle's Global Licensing Advisory Services (GLAS) as a Verified Third-Party Tool Vendor (3PTV) for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

This verification means that data produced by Certero for Oracle covering EBS, will now be accepted by Oracle's audit and advisory teams in place of running Oracle's own EBS measurement scripts. With this addition, Certero is one of only a small number of independent SAM vendors recognised under Oracle's 3PTV programme for EBS.

With this verification, Certero for Oracle now holds verification across Oracle Database & Database Options, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Java SE and now Oracle E-Business Suite.

What this means for you

  • Continuous visibility, not point-in-time scripts. You can replace ad-hoc EBS data-collection exercises with always-on inventory and user-access analysis from Certero.

  • Audit-ready evidence. If Oracle requests EBS usage data as part of a self-assessment or audit, the output from Certero is accepted as a verified source.

  • Faster, less disruptive engagement with Oracle. No need to download, deploy and run Oracle's measurement scripts across your EBS estate every time a question is asked.

  • Optimisation opportunities. The same data that makes you audit-ready also surfaces under-used licences, dormant users and module-level entitlement gaps you can act on.

  • You remain in control of your data. Nothing is transmitted to Oracle automatically, verification confirms the tool's accuracy; the decision to share is always yours.

What this does not change

Verification does not remove or limit Oracle's contractual right to perform a licence audit. What it does change is the experience of preparing for and responding to one, making the process measurably faster, calmer and better evidenced.

What you should do next

  • Existing Certero for Oracle customers: the EBS capability is automatically included in your existing entitlement, you do not need to do anything.
