CerteroX allows you to manage user access to your organization through the following features:

- User Settings determine a user's level of access to **platform features and settings**.
- User Roles multi-select a group of user’s to determine a role to assign to them.

To manage these, go to the settings area on the CerteroX menu:

and select ‘User Settings’

You will be able to view user’s by status and role, depending on your User Role.

# User Roles

CerteroX supports seven types of user roles:

- **None**
- **User**
- **ContentManager**
- **ReportViewer**
- **Auditor**
- **SaaSAppAdmin**
- **SMPAdmin**

# Viewing and Managing your Users

If you are a SMPAdmin, you can view a list of all users in your organization on the Users Settings page.
