CerteroX Browser Extension User Sign-In Guide

Overview

This article provides step-by-step instructions for end users to sign in to the CerteroX browser extension. If not signed into the extension, a banner will appear requesting a user signs in. If this is not performed within CerteroX browsing will be disabled. This is to ensure data is being recorded and sent to the CerteroX application. 

Prerequisites

• Deploy the Browser Extension

1. User prompt banner

1. The user will see the following prompt to sign in to the CerteroX browser extension.

2. User clicks on the banner.

2. User sign-in

1. The user will then be asked to provide an email address. This should be their organizational email address.

3. Email verificiation

1. The user will receive a code to the organizational email address they provided. They then input the code in to the prompt box. The user is now signed to the browser extension and can close the CerteroX tab.
