The commitment **Savings **page provides powerful and flexible reporting for a range of commitment savings metrics, including Effective Savings Rate (ESR), actual realized savings, and cumulative savings.

> ℹ️ Savings are displayed in **base** currency.

The **Chart Values** selector switches the chart values (Y axis) between:

- Effective Savings Rate
- Actual savings
- Cumulative Savings
- Qty Discount Resources

**Perspectives **provide a wide range of dimensions with which to categorise the selected metric.

The table shows a per-resource view the savings and ESR calculated over the selected date range.

Valuable insights arising from this reporting includes:

- Understanding historical savings achieved by commitments
- Observing increased savings as you optimise commitments coverage
- Comparing savings rates across dimensions such as region, resource type, and commitment type.
