To support additional reporting opportunities in external platforms (e.g. Power BI), scheduled data exports from CerteroX to Azure blob storage or an AWS S3 bucket can be configured in **Settings **> **Data Export**.

Data is exported to three CSV files:

| **File** | **Contents** |
| --- | --- |
| <GUID>_expenses.csv | Summarised cost data |
| <GUID>_resources.csv | Detailed resources and metadata |
| <GUID>_recommendations.csv | Resource mapping of Optimization Insights and savings |

Exports run daily and the exported data is overwritten each time. The **Exported days **setting defines the scope of exported time series data:

Cloud storage access keys and connection information are defined in the data export configuration, for example (for AWS):

> ℹ️ Only users with the Organization Manager role can manage data exports.
