> 2. You are trying to add OEM licenses to Certero
> 3. You cannot add an underlying Windows OS License as a volume license transaction
> 4. Need to add the OEM license as a retail transaction
> 5. They will then show up in Client Operating Systems > Compliance

### 1. You have 0 Windows 10 Professional licenses in *Microsoft Licensing / Client Operating Systems*

### 3. Go to *Microsoft Licensing / Retail Transactions*
