Managed Services

Certero offer a range of managed services that have a variety of features and ways of working with your business.

Of course, all are based on our AssetStudio Platform and can be integrated to a lesser or greater extent with your existing capabilities, people and systems depending on your needs.

Our managed service offerings are based around three core levels of service, each with varying service component options you can choose to take if you require:

• Standard is a foundation service offering that is focused on delivery and management of AssetStudio platform product services and is for those customers that are perhaps have a higher level of SAM maturity.

• Professional builds on Standard and provides additional service components, including reports on a recurring basis. This service offering would suite an organisation seeking a collaborative approach to their SAM with their team working closing with ours.

• Enterprise is for those organisations that wish to receive a comprehensive managed service and may not have a high level of internal SAM capability. The service offering includes additional service components over and above Professional.
